The poor boy can't read, though is well versed in street smarts. He may not have a relatively high intelligence, but he has a heart of gold.Small gestured like a swift compliment or a small prize in the form of a homemade snack will certainly catch this Lalafell's attention.
Prelude
Mog was adopted by a wealthy family of Elezens at a young age, though later in life he was given the name Mogoto Goto. He was treated more as a servant, rather than as a son. Due to this, Mog had to live to a certain and strict set of rules as any house servant would if he wanted to avoid physical punishment.Assist without question. Do not question fathers methods. Do not eat any desserts or meals unless told/given to by Father/Mother. Do not take any of the books from the library. Do not EVER open the basement door. Never go outside.Regardless of his rule following, Mog still received a hefty amount of physical punishments.Some time later, Mog formed a close bond with a new servant named Carvonis Sorivana, and later met another friend from a wealthy family named Vanessia Arcotis. Much to Mog’s delight, he and Vanessia had developed romantic feelings for one another. His first true love.Unfortunately, curiosity got the best of the poor boy, and he broke one of the bigger rules that his parents had placed upon him, which was to never go into the basement. What he found wasn’t anything he would’ve ever wanted to know. His father was using past, missing, and new servants as experiments, including Mog. These experiments were for a sort of monster DNA infusion to create the ultimate soldier to sell off to militaries.Mog was caught by his father, and locked in a cell and used for further experimentation. Shortly after, a bomb containing large amounts of aether was successfully infused into his body. If the poor boy were to go under any sort of heavy traumatic, emotional distress, the bomb would go off and cause unspeakable damage.Roughly a year after the infusion, Mog managed to escape from the house, only to witness the beginning of the Great Calamity, then to cower back inside and be locked up once again.
After having been held and starved in isolation for so long, Mog began to slowly forget who he was before the infusion and slowly started to go mad from the voices of the spirits that were contained in the aether bomb inside of him. Due to this, he made his first attempt at escape by luring his father into his cell and burning him alive with the magicks he had learned (thanks to the very man he killed).Once he was free from the cell, he learned that his friend Carvonis was also captured and considered a failed experiment along with his previous beloved, Vanessia. Sadly, due to her attacking him on sight, Mog had to set her ablaze as well which caused him to have quite the emotional breakdown.Fleeing from the basement and back up to the house he once called home, he encountered his mother. In a fit of rage and anguish, Mog lashed out using the bomb that was trapped inside of him and managed to destroy the house and anyone inside of it excluding himself. Mog reawakened moments later, though due to the bomb his memory was jogged just enough that the realization of what he had done didn’t settle in nor stick all too well.Now, the Lala has set out to make a new life for himself with new friends and companions. Slowly relearning all of the things he lost, alongside new things he has yet to experience, Mog has a whole life of adventure and wonderment to enjoy!
